Monday

Army fit – 20 min Jog

Simple fit – L1D1 – 39 rounds in 20 minutes (1x pull up, 2x push up, 3x squat)

Wednesday

Simple fit – L1D2 – 5 rounds in 2:26 (2x pull up, 6x push up, 10x squat)

Army fit – to be done in the morning!

Thursday

Sprint training round a local field – 30mins max effort, 2 mins walk and recover, x5

Friday

Simple fit – L1D3 – 10 pull ups, 21 press ups, 21 squats – 3:17

Army fit – Run – 10 minutes (meant to be 20 minute jog but was in a rush)
