Found this recipe online (reddit/r/leangains) and thought I’d give it a go. Changed the ingredients slightly as wanted to include fat free Quark in there, also added a layer of berries to the bottom, it was FUCKING DELICIOUS!

Protein Berry Cheesecake (4 servings):

  • 500g Tub Tesco Fat Free Quark
  • 200g Tub Tesco 0% Fat Greek Yoghurt
  • 180g Tub Philadelphia Lightest
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 3 egg whites
  • 75g Vanilla Whey
  • 3g Stevia (approx 10tsp)
  • 200g Frozen Mixed Berries

Cook at gas mark 3 for an hour ish, maybe turning down to 1-2 after first 30/40 mins.

Per serving approx 300 cals, 42g protein, 21g carbs, 7g fat. Perfect post workout food or late night, mostly guilt free snack!
